Delivered in commits 6f4c669 and 54415dd with wiki commit 66cfa5c. Includes wanted items, acquisition sources, normalized release candidates, manual incoming prototype seed, additive SQLite schema upgrades, redacted credential metadata behavior, SABnzbd/qBittorrent client contracts, docs, wiki, and verification.
