Next M5 slice after the v0.1.1-lab.0 UI refresh.

Scope:

  • Make Add New create and edit durable wanted items instead of acting as a shell.
  • Add Activity/event APIs for scans, client tests, import decisions, download jobs, and apply attempts.
  • Keep scanner/demo lab controls in System and keep normal operator workflows in their own areas.
  • Update docs, roadmap, and wiki with the resulting navigation and testing flow.

Acceptance:

  • Add New can create useful persisted records for lab testing.
  • Activity reflects real persisted app events.
  • Frontend check, build, Go tests, and a disposable server smoke pass.

v0.1.1-lab.1 partially delivers this issue: Add New now posts to /api/acquisition/wanted and persists real wanted items. Fixture/demo controls have been moved out of the primary workflow pages and dead filter buttons are no longer rendered as clickable tabs. Remaining scope: durable Activity/event APIs and richer edit/search behavior.
